He's a punk, or a bitch, or possibly a punkbitch, because his acting out tries to maintain some kind of plausible deniability, like "hey sorry if you're mad but my leg just inadvertently got in your way". Like Karl Malone or Bruce Bowen. Or Ainge, yes.
