Who you got?
Who you got?
Clemson wins if they can keep Alabama's defense from scoring. Bama wins if they can't.
Clemson if Alabama doesn't change a thing from today.
Yes it is.
Going to be a good game...probably looking at a spread of 8 or so....Watson is crazy good and has no fear or Saban or that defense...Mike Williams a big factor this season for Clemson. But so is Bo Scarbrough.
Bama wins 27-20.
Clemson and Alabama?
Just hoping for a game like last year...$#@!ing fun and back and forth
Should be a damn good game. But if I'm a betting man I'm betting on that Bama front seven. They've dominated all year long.
Alabama didn't show anything at all today. Plain vanilla. I would expect Ridley and Stewart to play a much bigger role next Monday.
It will get interesting only if the Clemson D can somehow figure out a way to slow down that $#@!ing freight train at RB. How many yards did Henry run for last year?
Saban no like QB like this. Clemson by 3.
Washington wasn't talented enough to overcome Bamas weakness....true freshman QB that will make mistakes if pressured while throwing. Clemson has a very talented defense that will stack the line and make Bama throw.
If you look at all the QB's Bama has faced, they're all red headed step children compared to Watson.
Clemson wins by 10.
Clemson should have won last year but tripped over their $#@!. They will be able to score on Bama unlike Washington or so many of those pathetic SEC offenses.
But I don't think Bama showed anything today. They knew they could roll out the most vanilla gameplan on both sides and beat Washington.
Bama has a once in a generation type defense, similar to what we had in 05-06. They will not lose to Clemson.
Every time I flip the channel over to a Bama game it looks like a NFL team decided to go play some college for $#@!s and giggles.
Every single dude on that team is just a beast. Clemson is close, but not quite there.
The midget by 9.
Clemson should win this if they can remember to watch for Nickys trick plays. For all the reasons people are choosing Alabama, Nick had to go with those trick plays to beat Clemson last season. Hurts won't be a factor next week.
I see it opened Bama -6 and within hours it has moved to -6.5. You don't bet against Bama, I don't know what they are this year ATS but I'm sure it's stellar. That being said, I wouldn't touch this game.
Rationally I think this should be a good close game, but for some reason I feel like Bama wins bigger than last year.
They're even faster on defense this year, and they have the best pass rush they've had under Saban.
Hurts is an 18 year old freshman who hasn't been the greatest in the passing game so far, but he gives their offense a dimension with his feet that they haven't had at that position. Defenses have to account for that now.
I don't know who will win, nobody does. But this Bama team is the best & deepest Saban's had.
Bama takes it in a close one as a result of advantageous referee ball placement during crucial 3rd down measurements.
Clemson + ACC = not "SEC! SEC! SEC!"
That Bama onside kick $#@!ed Clemson's world up last year, and probably made the difference in the game. If they don't make these types of possession changing mistakes, they have a very good chance to take the game.

I mean, it's almost like Saban knew the line and, and, well . . .
I think Clemson might get if done -- nasty defense, experienced QB that won't be awed by the moment. I'll be there!
Based on what I saw yesterday, I think Clemson can do it.
But I may be biased by the fact that I want the entire SEC to burn to the ground.
This year and last year's teams are #1 and 1a and it's probably a coin flip on which one is better. Still, I think last year's team has a slight edge except at the QB spot.
Last years Bama defense was deeper but this one is faster at all front seven positions. We are missing Eddie Jackson, our secondary is still good but not as good without him, damned broken leg. Also, this one does more blitzes than last year, not a ton more but more varied type of blitzes and not necessarily bringing 5 or more, sometimes a corner comes and one of the front drops into zone, while the nickel or safety picks up the coverage on the vacated corner's man. Think they are more equipped to slow down Watson this year. As long as the depth holds up. Last year, we had several players in the front seven go early, thinking first round, they all slipped to the second, only first round guy we had was our center. This year, from those that came back and were not every down players but are this year, we will likely have at least 3 or 4 from that front seven go in the first round.
I am guessing that whoever scores more points wins, heh.

This quote brought to you by some idiot from the Washington/Alabamba thread. Just thought I'd save us all some time.Bama finally has to face a real QB with legit skill weapons. The SEC did nothing to prepare them for this game.
also $#@! bama & Dabo too
It will be Bama for the 80000th time and CFB will continue to be boring and predictable as always.
So, the entire world is rooting for Clemson, right?
That's just what the Emperor wants.
(that and to move to Austin according to several well placed realtor sources here in town)...
Ugh. What a choice.
Go Clemson. Yay.
I think this could be a classic. Clemson will pull it out by 3. Say 38-35. I think their team speed, QB, and bodies in the trenches that can hold their own vs Bama will put them over the top.
